At Mamas & Papas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.
Initiate Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return reference.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the completed return form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or post office.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
